Dyaloni Foods Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the YogurtYork brand and this website at www.dyalonifoods.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what control you have over it.
We have written this in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, write to us and we will explain it properly.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Dyaloni Foods Pvt Ltd, operating from Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, is the data fiduciary for information collected through this website. Our contact details are on the Contact page.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and enquiry forms. Your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the subject you select, and the message you write.
- Catering and bulk-order enquiries. In addition to the above, any event details you choose to share such as date, venue, guest count and menu preferences.
- Correspondence. If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we keep that conversation so we can follow it up properly.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs. Our web server records the IP address, browser type, referring page and time of each request. This is standard for any website and is used for security and troubleshooting.
- Analytics. If analytics is enabled on this site, it records anonymised usage patterns such as which pages are visited and for how long. It does not identify you personally.
We do not collect payment card details through this website. We do not sell anything online, and no payment is ever taken here.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a catering or bulk-order quote.
- To keep a record of enquiries so that a follow-up conversation makes sense to whoever picks it up.
- To understand which parts of the site are useful, so we can improve them.
- To keep the website secure and to investigate misuse.
- To meet any legal or regulatory obligation that applies to us.
We rely on your consent, given when you submit a form, and on our legitimate interest in running and securing this website.
4. WhatsApp enquiries
Our website offers the option to send your enquiry to us over WhatsApp. If you use it, your message is delivered through WhatsApp’s own service and is subject to WhatsApp’s privacy policy in addition to ours. We only see the message you choose to send.
5. Cookies
This website uses a single session cookie, which keeps your form submission secure and prevents cross-site request forgery. It is deleted when you close your browser.
If analytics or tag management is enabled by the site administrator, additional cookies may be set by Google. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site will continue to work.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with:
- Our hosting provider, which stores the website and its database on our behalf.
- Service providers such as email or analytics providers, strictly to deliver the service in question.
- Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information.
7. How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for up to twenty-four months so we can maintain continuity if you contact us again, after which they are deleted. Server logs are retained for a shorter period. You may ask us to delete your enquiry sooner and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
8. Security
Access to enquiry records is restricted to authorised members of the Dyaloni Foods Pvt Ltd team, protected by individual login credentials. Uploaded files are stored outside the executable path of the website. No system is perfectly secure, but we take these obligations seriously and review them as we grow.
9. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable Indian law, you may ask us to:
- confirm what personal data of yours we hold and give you a copy of it;
- correct anything that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- delete your data where we no longer need it;
- withdraw consent you previously gave, at any time.
Write to us at the email address on our Contact page and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to the Data Protection Board of India.
10. Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under eighteen. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, please tell us and we will remove it.
11. Links to other websites
This site links to third-party services including Google Maps, WhatsApp and social media platforms. Once you follow such a link, that provider’s privacy policy applies, not ours. We have no control over how they handle your data.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the business or the law changes. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage.
