We do not publish prices on this website. Prices are displayed at the counter and are quoted individually for catering and bulk orders.

5. Enquiries, catering and bulk orders

• Submitting an enquiry form does not create a booking. A booking exists only once we have confirmed it in writing and, where applicable, received the agreed advance.
• Catering quotations are specific to the date, venue, guest count and menu discussed. Changing any of these may change the quotation.
• We may decline a booking where the date is unavailable, the venue is unsuitable for our equipment, or the requirement falls outside the areas we currently serve.
• Cancellation terms, advance amounts and any applicable charges are set out in the individual quotation you receive from us.
• You are responsible for ensuring the venue provides safe access, a suitable covered area and a working power supply as specified in your quotation.

6. Allergens and dietary information

Our products contain dairy and are prepared in an environment where nuts, gluten, soy and other allergens are present. Cross-contact is possible, particularly at a self-serve topping bar. Any allergen or nutrition information we provide is offered in good faith as general guidance.

If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please speak to our crew before ordering. We cannot guarantee that any item is free of a specific allergen.
